Caroline studied at the Corcoran Gallery School of Art in Washington DC and attended master classes in painting and drawing at The Slade School of Art in London. She has been an en plein air painter for most of her life, travelling in the Middle East, Arctic, India and Burma. She works in oils, watercolours and egg tempera; studying gilding & Icon techniques in Russia, Sinai and the Prince’s Schools.
